Pretend that Sticky Fingers Fred has struck an event in your town.  (Use a local newspaper to look for an event that Sticky might attend.) Write a newspaper article about Sticky, telling what happened using the 5 Ws & H -- who, what where, why & how.  Be sure to tell what type of costume Sticky used. Don't forget to use dialogue in your article (this is when people talk).  Be sure to write a fun headline and to draw a photo.
